Payroll & HR Process Expert (m/w/d)

Then you’ve come to the right place. In this role, you combine hands-on payroll expertise with digitalisation and process optimisation to make our HR processes more efficient, modern and future-proof.

• Ensure end-to-end payroll operations – You are responsible for the accurate and timely execution of payroll and keep a close eye on all payroll-relevant processes.
• Drive the digitalisation of payroll processes – You identify digitalisation opportunities and actively support the transformation of all payroll-related workflows.
• Analyse and optimise HR processes – You challenge existing processes, design more efficient structures and implement improvements together with relevant stakeholders.
• Support HR digitalisation projects – You contribute to projects aimed at further developing our HR systems landscape and bring in your payroll expertise.
• Coordinate interfaces and stakeholders – You work closely with HR, Finance, IT and external payroll providers to ensure seamless information flow.
• Act as an internal consultant – You advise managers and colleagues on payroll processes and HR systems-related topics.
